Sunday Ramblings….

I wasn’t that excited about the new Superman movie. I mean – why the heck do we need yet another version?? But then I saw this trailer at the movies a few weeks ago. I’m sold! It looks much darker than the previous movies and television show. What do you think?

    1. I didn't really know who he was. He looks all broody lol I like that he's all American but edgy. Gives the series a new spin.

  6. Yeah, I definitely agree that remakes can be really silly. I really didn't need to see a remake of the origin story of Spiderman, only a few years after the original. BUT I can't deny that this version does look pretty good. So I am hopeful!

  7. I am slowly coming around to comic book/ superhero movies. I've never been a big fan but I've seen quite a few recently and I'm not really sure why I avoided them for so long!

I hope you have a great birthday week!

    1. I never really cared for them either - my husband usually dragged me but I've enjoyed a few of them.

Their getting great actors and the movies are darker which I love.

  8. I wasn't excited about Superman either, but with Nolan directing, I am hoping that it IS darker and more intense, like the new Batman movies. Plus, Henry as Superman. WIN!
