#FitReaders Update…

#FitReaders hosted by Geeky Bloggers Book Blog and That’s What I’m Talking About.

I had a meh start to the week – I was sick for a few days and then I’ve been on a mad house reorganizing bender and the days just slipped away from me.

But... I walked my 5k for January, got back on the daily workout wagon & finished strong.

It's peak season at my Farmer's Market (I live in FL so winter is the good veggie/fruit season) so we picked up all this yummy stuff! We'll be eating great all week.

  1. Yay for getting your 5k in!!! And is that purple cauliflower or broccoli? Either way...yummy!!! I'm a fan of both, but can't find it by me anymore. All those veggies look good...enjoy!!!

I need to get on that mad organizing bender...I have all these plans, but haven't actually started doing anything yet. Oh well...I'll get it done one of these days :)

    1. Yeah - winter is our peak veggie season on FL. It's too hot and buggy in the summer to grow much

  4. Wow, congrats on the 5k; that's awesome! And yay for some yummy food. I'm trying to find more recipes that let me eat healthy. It can be tough to find things that aren't TOO difficult to make.
