Music: Give me f*cking zen...

This week has been a year. I have had zero urge to be on my computer. I’ve only been on twice to visit blogs and comment.

But! I’ve been reading a lot! 15 books so far for May – and several good ones! I think I might spend the day drafting posts for the next few weeks. We’ll see how that actually turns out though lol

Anyway…I just wanted to pop in a say hi. HI! And leave a few quarantine-ish songs for listening pleasure.

Twenty One Pilots – LEVEL of CONCERN

X-Ambassadors, K-Flay and grandson - ZEN

*F-bombs and mention of drug use ahead

  1. I've been listening to both these songs a lot but the X Ambassadors song is basically my song for the year I have listened to it so many times. I'm not more zen but it does make me happy.

  2. I agree on this week taking ages to fly by. I returned to work this week finally, so it has been quite the adjustment from my work from home schedule.

    1. I think so. It was part forcing myself to start and then not pressuring myself to hit a certain #.

      Weird combination but it worked.

  14. The ZEN song reminds me a lot of what we called "low" music back in the '80s, which I was a big fan of, but when I Googled to get the definition to leave here I see it must not be called that anymore? All I get are links to a band called Low and a genre called Lo-Fi which sounds nothing like low rock. One thing I don't like about social media is the changing and co-opting of names for things all the time. Now I'm going to have to Google the bands I used to listen to and find out what it's called now. 😛
