Boss Baby

Cute movie with really adult humor. If you like Alec Baldwin’s shtick you should enjoy the movie.

Kitten Lady

The internet can be a heaping trash fire of negativity and sometimes only animal pictures will do.
I follow the Kitten Lady on Instagram for my daily dose of cute and positive energy.

From her website:

“Hannah Shaw provides rescue and adoption services to orphaned kittens in the Washington, DC area. She shares inspiring and adorable images from the daily life of a kitten rescuer on her Instagram and Facebook, and educational videos about kitten care through her YouTube channel.”

If that’s not adorable and uplifting enough – she met and fell in love with cat photographer, Andrew Martila via instagram. Let’s make this a Hallmark movie people!

This is Baby Girl. She’s visiting with us for the week while mom & dad are away. She gets along great with my two dogs but Figment is WHYYYYYY??? WHY do you keep letting new dogs come over?? Don't you love meeeeee?? Drama kitty lol

Catastrophe S3 is up on Amazon Prime

Summary of S1 for those of you who haven’t seen this hilarious series yet:

“Rob Delaney and Sharon Horgan write and star in this R-rated comedy about a one-week stand between a Boston ad exec and a London schoolteacher that leads to an accidental pregnancy. When Rob moves to the UK to help figure things out, cultures clash and hormones flare as these two realize they don't know the first thing about each other.”

And for Carrie Fisher fans – I had totally forgotten, but she plays Rob’s mother in the series and had already filmed her part for S3 before her death.

  4. When you tweeted me back saying "Baby Girl" I though you just meant the dog was a very young she LOL. I didn't realize it was her actual name, capital letters notwithstanding...And I was indeed thinking about poor, cantakerous Figment. I KNEW he had to be upset ;D.

    1. We call her BG. She's older too. I think 13?

When ever I hear about cats not caring and being low maintenance I have to wonder if Figment took on ALL the stress so other cats could be happy and carefree lol

  5. I'M A FRIDAY FAVORITE? YAY!!

Also, I'm so on the fence about Boss Baby. It seems like super adult humor and I'm just confused. But I trust your judgment!

Baby Girl is such a cutie! One of my cat's is like that too. When we bring them both to my mom's place (she has a dog), my cat Deville makes it known that he is not impressed by her dog (I'm not either so...).

And I now have a new account to follow on insta!

    1. YOU ARE!

Boss Baby was cute but I thought the humor was super adult! We were alone in the theater so I'd love to know what kids thought of it. There was enough pratfall humor though that probably kept them laughing though.

If you're iffy about it I'd say pass. Cute but not that great. WATCH KUBO

  6. Do NOT love Alec Baldwin's shtick. It was funny in 30 Rock, but that was enough. I'm horribly allergic to cats but love the Kitten Lady story. Would totally watch that on Hallmark!

  12. Catastrophe S3... I think I need Amazon Prime. I want to see it for Carrie Fisher. I agree with you on the animal pics. Sometimes it is the only thing that helps and I love that love story of the rescue lady and the cat photographer. Coming this summer... LOL

So glad the puppers are getting along. Poor suffering kitty though. ;)
