review: jaded, bearded, wolfish: a halloween romance (Crazy, sexy, ghoulish #3) by G.G. andrews

31816010Zach wants nothing to do with girls.

It's what happens when you've been unlucky in love.

But the Haunted Shack's werewolf is in for a surprise when he finds out his new furry co-worker is female.

And pretty.

And perky.

Good thing she only dates hipsters.

Too bad he's starting to need her more than he'd like to admit.
Jaded, Bearded, Wolfish is the third novella in the Crazy, Sexy, Ghoulish series, but can be read as a standalone story.

Review:

I really enjoy Andrew’s books, particularly this series, with it's fun Halloween theme. They're light, humorous and a little sexy (medium heat level). I can always count on her for a quick pick-me-up read.

I love this series Haunted Shack setting. In Jaded, Bearded, Wolfish,  Zach and Sam both play werewolves, scaring the bejeebus out of visitors. Sam's bubbly personality vs Zach's ultra jaded one after his fiance cheated on him with his cousin was an interesting dynamic Dude has NEVER even seen and doesn't believe in rainbows!

I have to admit that this one wasn't my absolute favorite of the series, mainly because the couple didn't completely wow me (or spend as much time actually together as I would have liked) but I did enjoy both characters and going back to this world and look forward to Vin's story coming up next!

Series order: (Books 1&2 need to be read in order – same couple, but book #3 can be read as stand alones)

  2. Well this sounds like fun even though it wasn't your favorite. It does sound like something I'd enjoy. Also good to know I can read this one out of order... not that I do that or anything. :D

    1. The first two need to be read in order but this one doesn't - even though it has cameos of a few previous characters.

  3. I didn't even know there was a thing called "Halloween Romance." Christmas, sure, but Halloween? WHAT ELSE HAVE YOU BEEN HIDING FROM ME KAREN?
