Stacking the Shelves

STSmall_thumb[2]_thumb

Stacking The Shelves – hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

~ I received two books from Cold Nights & Warm Books Holiday Book Swap – hosted by Squeaky Books:

SwapButton-1
The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer & The Evolution of Mara Dyer by Michele Hodkin. I’ve been dying to read this series since because of all the rave reviews for book #2. No one ever likes book #2!! So now I feel like I can dare to jump in!

The books arrived from The Book Depository so I don’t know who sent them Sad smile. Whoever you are – if you’re reading this THANK YOU SO MUCH!

quoti_am_team_kiltquot_3quot_sticker_48_pk~ I was also part of the Team Kilt Secret Santa gift exchange. It was hosted on Elfster. If you’re ever doing a secret gift swap I highly recommend them. You set up the gift exchange and they do the rest! You can make wish lists, they’ll draw the names, fun is had by all! Easy peasy!

My fellow Team Kilter @RebekahMillet sent me Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers (I read an e-arc and wanted the finished hardcover soooo bad!), a sheltie bookmark and sheltie ornament. Thank you SO much! I love everything. It has even inspired me to get moving and decorate so I can hang my little sheltie stocking ornament.

~ One of my blogger BFF’s – Lena Beana – from Addicted 2 Novels sent me a SIGNED copy of Days of Blood and Starlight by Laini Taylor for Christmas. Another book I read as an e-arc so I’m super excited to have the finished copy and….did I mention signed?? Lena is always so thoughtful and generous to me! Love you Lena!! XOXO

~ And I got a limited edition, signed copy of Forbidden by Kelley Armstrong. I’m going to count this as a gift to myself because I completely forgot I ordered it! lol

    1. I know! I've been doing very well not buying any new books lately. (And reading the ones I have) but these are gifts! So they don't count against me lol

I'm a little unsure about Mara Dyer but it sounds too crazy not to read! I'll let you know what I think.
