Sunday Ramblings....

Instead of a pet picture this week I found this cute song & video...goes with the A Month of Treats halloween theme I think. I't starts off a little slow but stick with it - it's adorable....

Monster Mask - Pomplamoose

So for the rambling......The good news - a cold front finally came through FL! The bad news - it's been raining non stop for three days ;-(
I went to a Cyndi Lauper & a Death Cab for Cutie concert this weekend. Both were great but now I'm exhausted.
Reading: I read Darkest Surrender by Gena Showalter - unfortunately, I didn't love it. You can read my quick review over on Goodreads.
Right now I'm reading She Smells the Dead by E.J. Stevens.

NEW: Jeri Smith-Ready Reading Addicts! I started a reading group over on Goodreads for fans of Jeri. Come on by and join, leave a comment on one of the discussion forums! Starting in November I'll be having monthly book or swag giveaways for members.

Have a great Sunday!

  1. I'm not completely loving The Darkest Surrender either. *sigh*

Cyndi Lauper! How fun. :) And this rain has been the PITS!

  2. I love it! Girl, you have seriously wonderful taste in music. I looked these guys up and their name apparently means "grapefruit" in French. Randomly delightful.

Sound-wise, it's so very pretty and I actually started to sing "99 Luftballoons" to it.

And I about died laughing when the guy at the end failed to drink his coffee. Guess there are some things you just can't do in a monster mask.
