Giving blogger thanks......

It’s hard to believe that I’ve only been blogging for 1 year next month. It feels like much longer than that. I used to scoff at people who had “friends” they met on the internet and through Twitter but after just one year of blogging I don’t recall what I did without you all.

Since it’s Thanksgiving I thought I would share my thanks for a few of the people I’ve met through blogging this past year.

Tiger from All Consuming Books: What would I do without Tiger?? She single handedly pulled me out of my reading slump, always listens to my numerous reading rants and makes me laugh uncontrollably. I’m thrilled that she also contributes her awesome guest reviews to this blog. She’s a true blue blogger friend!

Julie from My 5 Monkey's: for sending me happy dances, California sunshine waves and hugs just when I need them most.

Lena from Addicted to Novels: for being my Twitter lifeline while I was at BEA in May. I didn’t even know her at the time, but she answered my cries for help with her author/book knowledge when I was completely lost in the clusterf*ck that was BEA. Since then she has become a one woman library to me, partner in the Ultimate Reviewer’s Challenge (along with Tiger and Karen from Karen's Addictions) and a good friend.

Bella formally of Obsessed (let’s observe a moment of silence - you can still follow her on Goodreads): There is nothing more fun than a vigorous debate about a book you love/hate and there is no one better at debating than Bella. She’s passionate about her books and she has been fantastic to spar with when we disagree (mostly about our literary boyfriends) and to share the love when we agree. You are greatly missed in the bloggerverse Bella.

Carrie from In the Hammock :  For being my sounding board for all my blogging dilemmas.

To all my blog pals on Twitter who help get me through the day……..

Tori The Book Faery @Book_Faery

Aly Fantasy 4 Eva @blueicefiesta

JenWhat’s on the Bookshelf @jenduffey

John - Dreaming in Books @DreamingReviews

You guys crack me up, make me hungry, make me spend way too much money on books I don’t have time to read and otherwise distract me from doing anything productive and I love you for it!

The next two are not bloggers but I met them through my two charity auctions I held on the blog this year.

Sherry & Emma: You are both incredibly generous and amazing friends – you have given me enough good Karma to last me a lifetime! I am SO glad to have met you both.

And lastly to all my fellow bloggers and followers – You’re all amazing and supportive!

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
